The web server user was correctly included in the intelmq group but the write permission was missing, thank you!

What are the file permission of the both files?
They should be writable by the webserver (or: the user running the api), we usually do this by adding the webserver user to the intelmq group and set g+w perms.

Our installation has progressed to the point where we have defined our own set of:

However, when having opened intelmq-manager's Configuration tab and pressing "Save configuration" there, it says "Could not write file". How can I debug this? I don't seem to find a suitable log/error file in order to find the cause of the problem.
