[IntelMQ-users] Error accessing intelmq

Have you considered following the advice instead of starting from
scratch again and again?

Have you considered following Bernhards advice to consult any GNU/Linux
adminstration person that could assist you directly?

Back to your problem:

The order of commands might cause troubles as installing intelmq-manager
currently doesn't require apache or intelmq-api and therefore the
webserver configuration for the manager did not get activated.

Please try `apt purge intelmq-manager && apt install intelmq-manager`.

And PLEASE don't reinstall again, but just stick to ONE setup.
