<p>Have you considered following the advice instead of starting from
scratch again and again?</p>
<p>Have you considered following Bernhards advice to consult any
GNU/Linux adminstration person that could assist you directly?</p>
<p>Back to your problem:</p>
<p>The order of commands might cause troubles as installing
intelmq-manager currently doesn't require apache or intelmq-api
and therefore the webserver configuration for the manager did not
get activated.<br>
</p>
<p>Please try `apt purge intelmq-manager && apt install
intelmq-manager`.<br>
</p>
<p>And PLEASE don't reinstall again, but just stick to ONE setup.</p>
