[Ach] Conversion to Markdown

Hi,

We've decided on RsT (reStructured Text) a while ago, since it supports quotations, proper table of contents and a lot of other things we'd need. Markdown is certainly too limited (even GitHub flavored Markdown). Rst could do perfectly fine for our document. I wanted to speak about that on-liist as well in the next few days.
