Hey Guys,

Hanno published a tool for that yesterday:

I promised to get pyOpenSSL or something similar working with it. But
give me a couple of days, pretty busy currently. It currently ships a
pre-built openssl(1) binary. :)

The tool extracts the DH params and checks if they're sophie germain
primes (i.e. $q = (p - 1) / 2$).
