[Ach] Apache configuration for RHEL

Hi Sam,

right now I’m short of time. I already review the IIS section.
The only reason its not in the document is that I’m still building a Lab for testing, which is very time-consuming.
If you still want to review the IIS section, i can share my changes and screenshots with you.
