[Ach] Apache configuration for RHEL

Hi List!

I am reviewing the Apache configuration (ae8483a151) and wondered how to contribute configuration for RHEL 6 as the Redhat configuration does tend to lag (still using httpd 2.2.x). At the moment I am thinking of breaking the Apache documentation into two sections. 2.2 branch and 2.4 branch.

Additionally, I am preparing IIS documentation. The current notes are asking for screenshots and others. Is there anything people specifically want to see here? The GPO seems to be asking for copy and paste style text so I am thinking that's a good place to start!
