[Ach] OpenSSH Settings Syntax

GCM is an openSSH 6.2 addition (http://www.openssh.com/txt/release-6.2),
but the 'tested with version' string indicates a prior version, perhaps a
section advocating GCM where available?

Also worth highlighting that the format is <cipher><comma><cipher> and not
<cipher><comma><space><cipher> which left me scratching my head for a
while. It doesn't come through so clearly in the rendering.

Thanks for this.
Hugh
