[Ach] removing sections which did not get any contents

Hi,

So, as we agreed in Dec, we left some sections there and added a \todo{FIXME: write this section } or so to it.
However, now that we are nearing the first real public release (at the CCC) , we should get rid of all those \todos

My request to you: in case you comment out a section because it did not get filled in, would you be so kind to also add it to the "further research" section? This way, people who read version 1 of the PDF can see (in the PDF) that they might be able to help out with some things in "further research".
