[Ach] Paper Frontpage

Hi,

So I’ve played around with that. I got it to work but since I’ve commented out other parts that broke the document index and produces a couple of LaTeX errors. So I’m not committing that code. But here’s what I did: https://gist.github.com/azet/c871bba263589ab9f587

Looks pretty good. The title could be fancier and maybe add borders again, but also the referece to the E-Mail addresses is quite a good idea (I scooped the whole thing off tex.stackexchange).
