[Ach] Final Cut on the Paper: restructuring, reformatting, deletion of empty sections, ..

Hi,

I’m in the progress of re-reading and re-checking all the sections I’ve added to our current agreement on ciphersuites we want to recommend, also I’m looking into restructuring and reformatting some sections. This ML thread should serve as meta thread for our “Final Cut” of the paper for the release at the end of dec. - Just keep posting there, if that’s fine with everybody.

What I’ve noticed: We have a webserver and a proxy section, but nginx is in the webserver section, pound is not (well it can do more that that - just like haproxy [nobody submitted something for HAproxy btw!]) - We shoud either put pound in there as well or move nginx to the proxy/reverse proxy section. It fits more in that section - if you ask me. Then again I’d move this section up right after the “webserver” section.

Any suggestions?
