the (standard) procedure is to check the logs.
They should have more infos, why you cannot log in.

First switch to the development mode of your webbrowser and see what the 
console says and the network details.
Then check your machine if everything is running as expected (maybe some 
services were not reboot save) and then check the logs.

For best and fast responses, please only send text/plain mails
(no HTML) and paste or type in the messages that you want to share with the 
list.
