We are getting into loops: In order to help you, we need a precise
problem description. Always asking for details is no fun, neither for
you, nor for us.

Did you create a user? Either in the installation step or afterwards
with `intelmq-api-adduser`? If there was an error, paste the full
command and it's output.
Have you read Bernhard Reiter's e-mail?
