[IntelMQ-users] CentOS 8 packages fixed

Hi,

The centos8 rpm package building failed in the last weeks because of
upstream changes in the dependencies (naming). It took me a while to fix
all the errors but it works again since approximately one week. If you
encounter any errors, please reply back or create an issue.
