[Intelmq-dev] new intelmq-users mailinglist

Dear contributors,

As the intelmq project gains momentum more and more users are using the
software. Also, not all users are developers anymore. To address the
users need of support/assistance/help we created a new mailinglist
intelmq-users.

The archive is public.

I also hope that with this step the Github Issues are only used for
bugreports and not questions.
