[Ach] TLS Self-tests

Hi,

FYI: Just stumbled upon this recently pushed repository for TLS-self
tests (there's still work going on, if anybody feels like contributing):
https://github.com/edvinanet/tls-o-matic

They actually use our recommendations for Apache. Something similar
could also be useful to set up an automated testing environment of our
`src/configuration` directory.
