We also need it for the other webservers too. It can be achieve analog
to how it's done in nginx.

I think it would be good to have an explanation for this decision in the
guide. Otherwise the $server_name variable just get's replaced with
$host in multi-domain setups, as it's far easier to maintain, without
noting WHY the guide avoids $host.
