[Ach] Vulnerability in Schannel Could Allow Remote Code Execution

Besides the vuln being fixed, the patch introduces new functionality for
SCHANNEL (especially new ciphersuites). IIS section should be revised.

Unfortunatelly I won't have much time in next two weeks. But I could take a
look into it afterwards.
