Hi all,
Took me a while to get back to this issue, have been busy every day so
far. I've checked torstens work, found a couple of flaws and fixed them,
for this I've implemented online ciphersuite negotiation within my
`openssl-compare` project. I've just fixed another bug w.r.t. the
s_client not sending the cipherstring. Works fine now.

I've verified this:
http://nopaste.narf.at/compare/3217/bY1GlbqLyNZhUO27MG5B/
The issue I see is with the preference now being out of order to the
original/current cipherstring. CAMELLIA is also missing as is AES256.
It seems to properly work for all OpenSSL versions with this Cipherstring:
```
EDH+CAMELLIA:EDH+aRSA:EECDH+aRSA+AESGCM:EECDH+aRSA+SHA384:EECDH+aRSA+SHA256:EECDH:+CAMELLIA256:+AES256:+CAMELLIA128:+AES128:+SSLv3:!aNULL:!eNULL:!LOW:!3DES:!MD5:!EXP:!PSK:!DSS:!RC4:!SEED:!IDEA:!ECDSA:DHE-RSA-CAMELLIA256-SHA:DHE-RSA-CAMELLIA128-SHA:DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA:DHE-RSA-AES128-SHA:CAMELLIA256-SHA:AES256-SHA:CAMELLIA128-SHA:AES128-SHA
```
Here's the output: http://nopaste.narf.at/show/WEBZjRdS95U1kEXf24le/
Compared to torstens cipherstring:
http://nopaste.narf.at/compare/WEBZjRdS95U1kEXf24le/3217/
Compared to the current Cipherstring B:
http://nopaste.narf.at/compare/WEBZjRdS95U1kEXf24le/bY1GlbqLyNZhUO27MG5B/
Please check it yourself.
I'd like to vote for using this as CipherStringB
Thanks for your patience and help,
Aaron
