[Ach] build break on os x: mweights.sty

I'd suggest to create a folder named ~/texmf and install the following
packages from CTAN:
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/mweights and
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/datatool
download the zip files, extract them in ~texmf and run texhash ~/texmf
(for datatools you'll need to run 'cd ~/texmf/datatools && latex datatool.ins'
too before hashing).

This should make the pdf build again...
