[Ach] git pull: smtp in general

Hi!

I've added my "in progress" SMTP in general section. I separated the
"opportunistic SMTP" section into the general section and added the postfix
part to his own section.

Unfortunately I can't keep up the pace in near future. Your timeline is
pretty tough. I'll try to stay tuned but I can't deliver the sendmail
section in time.
