You sent your mail to intelmq-dev-*bounces*@lists.cert.at instead of intelmq-users@lists.cert.at or intelmq-dev-bounces@lists.cert.at The bounces address has a special meaning, it is not for sending mails to the list.

Yes, you need one parser per feed and provide the feed's name as parameter to the parser.
