<p>Some updates:</p>
<p>For 1.0.5 I fixed 9 bugs in the last days, none of the 6
remaining ones are blocking, so I will do a release next week. But
still one open PR has to be fixed:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/certtools/intelmq/pull/1243">https://github.com/certtools/intelmq/pull/1243</a></p>
<p>There is one open bug in 1.1.0 (branch develop) that I consider
blocking: Postgres output: support condensed JSONDicts
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/certtools/intelmq/issues/1107">https://github.com/certtools/intelmq/issues/1107</a><br>
Fixes for the others are still nice to have, but not urgent:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/certtools/intelmq/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3A1.1.0+label%3Abug">https://github.com/certtools/intelmq/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3A1.1.0+label%3Abug</a></p>
<p>So most probably I will create a release candidate for 1.1.0 next
week.<br>

I think you refer to 1.1.0, as 1.0.5 is a bugfix/patch release, whereas
minor releases (1.1.0) add new features. See also semantic versioning:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://semver.org/">http://semver.org/</a>
I plan to do the 1.1/0 in June or July, depending on how many new bugs
appear before the release and how much time it takes to fix bugs. For
the 1.0.5: Also depends whether bugs are fixed or not and if there are
bugfixes that are important. Maybe the version is even omitted, if 1.1.0
comes earlier.
For 1.0.5 there are 11 unresolved bugs only 3 have been fixed yet:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/certtools/intelmq/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3A1.0.5">https://github.com/certtools/intelmq/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3A1.0.5</a>
For 1.1.0 there are 5 open bugs plus those of 1.0.5, gives 16.
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/certtools/intelmq/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3A1.1.0+label%3Abug">https://github.com/certtools/intelmq/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3A1.1.0+label%3Abug</a>
For stable releases I'd like to see lower numbers, but I definitely
agree with you that a new minor release is due now.
Sebastian
