[IntelMQ-users] Problem with package intelmq-api in repositories resolved

There was an issue with the intelmq-api package in the deb/rpm
repositories. It has not been published correctly and was therefore not
installable. This error was reported and fixed last Friday.[0]

For the intelmq-manager, there was a minor bug on PyPI as well: The
final stable release was missing, only a development snapshot was
available, but there haven't been any significant changes between those
versions.
