[Intelmq-dev] Packaging Strategy for Bots with dependencies

Sounds really good to me! I think its a good idea to re-organize the code
and improve, like u said, the maintenance.

Dustin, is it possible for you to describe in some level of detail your
plan in order to be quickly reviewed by community?
