So, it was fixed by installing dehydrated (yet another shell script renewer).


The original problem was multiple sysadmins without clear sync between them.
Sorry about that.
Thanks again to pepi for fixing it.

And yes!!! there are a lot of good suggestions on how to run lets encrypt certificates.
Anyone feeling like summarising this in a chapter for the guide book?
