[Ach] Verifying OpenSSL ciphers

Hi!

I came across the question on verifying an OpenSSL ciphers string.
Is there any "openssl" functionality of doing so?

i.e "openssl ciphers ALL:invalidCipher" does not issue any error
but silently discards "invalidCipher".
