[Ach] Recomendation on haveged in Bettercrypto chapter 3.3.3

Hi,

People still using haveged should maybe look at the code and
documentation in question:

This is based on a 10 year old codebase with hardware assumptions for
athlon XP (ancient x86) and ultrasparc II or III (SPARC V9) processors.
The random device in Linux is improved frequently and additional entropy
sources are added when new technology/hardware makes them available.

Please don't use haveged.
