Basically you grep for ssl2_ functions in lib and bin dirs and this
gives you the affected files.

I had to recompile these packages:
app-admin/apache-tools
app-admin/monit
dev-lang/php
mail-filter/spamassassin
mail-mta/courier
net-libs/gnutls
net-mail/fetchmail
net-misc/curl
net-misc/wget

That was about it. Anything else you want to know?
