[Ach] Apache rewrite to https

Hi!

I found that the current "applied-crypto-PDF" suggests to use the rewrite
engine of Apache to redirect all request from http to https.

This is no special case of redirection thus I wonder if there is a specific
reason for this recommendation?
The Apache documentation explicitly states to use mod_rewrite just if all
other redirection features do not fit. This is because using mod_rewrite is
expensive in terms of CPU costs.

The same functionality is done by the Redirect statement:

Redirect / https://www.yourserver.com/

Bernhard
