[Ach] Putty and OpenSSH Settings

I was informed by someone that we is not able to use the current stable
version (0.62) of Putty in combination with our purposed OpenSSH settings.

The error message:

fatal: no matching mac found: client hmac-sha1,hmac-sha1-96,hmac-md5 server
hmac-sha2-512,hmac-sha2-256,hmac-ripemd160

The current beta of 0.63 is working. As putty is used quite widely we
may need to add a hint in the document or?
