I'm trying to track down someone who's been in a leadership 
role with the ACH project and who may be able to attend and 
present about the ACH project and the

draft document for the 31st M3AAWG (the Messaging, Malware and 
Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group) meeting coming up in Brussels 
this June, see http://www.m3aawg.org/events/upcoming_meetings

This would be in support of M3AAWG's new anti-Pervasive Monitoring
SIG, and in collaboration with various other M3AAWG committes
as described at http://www.m3aawg.org/media_center#leadership
