[Ach] Squid configuration options

Just thought I'd pass back some feedback on the suggested squid.conf SSL
options. It produces a fatal error with squid 3.3.8: (tested on 64bit
ubuntu 13.10 built from deb src with --enable-ssl added)

FATAL: Unknown SSL option 'NO_Compression'

Removing the No_Compression option (and leaving everything else in place)
works fine. I'm happy to test other options.
