[Ach] FYI: NIST & SHA-3 weakening

Hallo!

Das NIST hat im Moment keine so guten Karten...

Es geht darum, daß das NIST "ohne Not" SHA-3 vorsätzlich geschwächt hat und
das 2 Wochen vor der Veröffentlichung von Informationen über Bullrun getan
hat...
