[Ach] Welcome new members

Hi,

we have two new members (Dutch speaking) on the list since today.
This means, I suggest we change to english as a default language.

Also - just to make sure you are aware of this, I'd like to remind you that this list is publicly readable (as is the git repository) . the principle here should be : many eyes can read our output and criticise it, but not everybody can write to the document and if so, only in a documented fashion (-> git repository)
