[Ach] Summary of yesterdays meeting

Hi,

We had a very productive (and long) meeting yesterday (and I had to continue to git commit until 3 a.m. ;-).

The first thing we discussed is a timeline and some milestones.
Since the ACH project seems to expand quite nicely, we thought hard about how to make the process of creating this paper a reality more plan-able.

Here is what we came up with:


Milestones
==========
1. Feature Freeze: there are no new topics anymore!
--> deadline: 20.11.
 
2. Testing is finished. 
--> deadline: 6.12. 

3. DRAFT 1 is finished -> mail the reviewers
--> deadline: 06.12.

reviewers work 

4. feedback of the reviewers is in the paper
--> bis: 20.12.

5. Final version 
--> 22.12.

Some Buffer time.


6. Public announcement
--> deadline: CCC (27.12.). 




If you are OK with it, I'll put this timeline on the web page, since that is a central point for the project.


Also, on an unrelated note: I'd like to welcome Mr. Daniel Konrad (A-SIT) to the project. Welcome and thanks for your time!
