pls pull:

- fixed various typos
- added "limitations" sections to dovecot and postfix, regarding
  compression and version compatibility
- added JCE download URL

also, regarding the IIS section, I think two things are missing:

- which windows versions does this apply to?

- explain that those settings apply to all windows components (if I
  understood that correctly)
