2 Methods first para talks about NIST.  While true, it is not the whole 
truth.  I would add a sentence to the end of that first para, words to 
effect:

"This failure of trust applies similarly to every national standards 
organisation working in the security field.  There is every reason to 
believe that the corruption of the NIST process is not a unique 
situation, but is an organised and persistent pattern."
