[Ach] FYI: official cipher list

Hi!

While looking for hex code to cipher maps and cipher support for different
(browser) implementations, I came across this list:
http://www.iana.org/assignments/tls-parameters/tls-parameters.xml

And -- except for the probably more complete list at ssllabs.com -- I found
this ssl branch of p0f containing rudimentary information about the
different browser implementations:
https://github.com/majek/p0f/blob/ssl/p0f.fp (see "SSL client ciphers").

This probably brings us a step closer to automatic table generation for
corresponding cipher strings in our paper.

PS: It would be great if someone with access to RHEL, CentOS, SLES, Windows
& Co. could contribute supported ciphers on that platform in
'unsorted/ssl'.
