The keylengths chapter is very interesting. Attacks, etc. In the hashes section it also answers our HMAC vs. SHA-1 discussion (in of course the same way as Florian answered it ;-)
Also take a look at the GCM subsection.

For me most important:
The whole paper has a very clear structure and a nice flow while reading it. Since I am not yet very happy with our structure and the theory part, if you permit, I will make a branch (and thus a proposal) for changes and we can discuss them on Monday.
