Has just popped up in the Cypherpunks Multiuser XMPP…

Sebix wanted to add @STRENGTH to the Cipher string to sort ciphers by what OpenSSL thinks is strongest. Since that is not what we want for a reason we should likely add to the reasoning why we do not use this but manually give the order of the ciphers.
