[Ach] Final Cut on the Paper: restructuring, reformatting, deletion of empty sections, ..

Hi Guys,

In the last 24 hours I've been reading through the paper and reworked a
couple of sections, removed typos, fixed spelling, removed empty sections.
Please re-read sections you've written and configurations provided in the
document, i hope my rewrites do not annoy anybody, if so, just restore your
original text.

A couple of things:
1.) GPG section is extremely short since nobody wrote more on that topic,
i've removed empty sections there and reworked parts of it to reference
other sections. We still do not have proper configuration guide on that one
(e.g. GPG now support ECC)
2.) I completly removed the Juniper VPN section since it was empty and
nobody has shown interest as of now.
3.) I've reworked the ciphersuite section in parts (added more references
and fixed spelling)
4.) PKI section: clarified a couple of things, reworked the text, added
references
5.) fixed spelling/typos/wording throughout other parts of the document
(see `git log` or `git blame`)

There is still a LOT to do, since some important sections are almost empty
others full of TODO stanzas. I won't have much time during the next week
but i'll see what i can do. The crucial thing is: we still need content in
some sections.

Veni, Legi, Vici,
Aaron
