[Ach] ejabberd - draft on git

Dear,

Based on Peter's manifesto, I did a quick draft of the jabber part,
essentially for ejabberd.
Will finish it later.

BTW, I did push a typo in the latex file that broke the PDF generation.
 Can someone quickly rollback / fix it?  My battery is now over :'(.
