[Ach] GitHub Mirror for Pull Requests

Hi,

After discussion during the meeting that is taking place right now, I set-up a GitHub organisation for this project so people can easily push TeX and configurations to our paper.

We’ll do that as follows:

Main copy: still on the website
GitHub: Mirrored copy people can issue pull requests on on which we’ll do code/doc review and afterwards push back to the main repo
